Let Your Dreams Be For Slumber Not Escape

I am absolutely knackered but before falling asleep I felt the need to write a post about a realisation I just had. Tonight I will be going to sleep, just like many other people. But will I be doing for the same reason as them?
I will be snoozin’ for the purpose of snoozin’, but I know that many people will be hoping to get to sleep so they can escape from their overactive brains for just a few hours, so they don’t have to worry, and so they can relax.
It is to those people that I hope deeply that they wake up feeling relaxed, less worried, peaceful, and motivated to take on the day ahead.
Try to take a break and distract yourself from that brain of yours. Even if just for a second. I hope your daily positives are found and that all of your zzZzzZzzZzzZ’s are a pleasant wave of mindfulness.
